Program Visual Studio ulega awarii podczas otwierania projektu

mój projekt przestał się ładować - program Visual Studio 2013 właśnie się zawiesza i naprawdę martwię się, że nie będę mógł kontynuować pracy nad rozwiązaniem projektu. Znalazłem ten błąd w dzienniku aktywności programu Visual Studio, ale tak naprawdę nie wiem, co to znaczy, czy ktoś może pomóc?

Visual Studio robi otwiera się samodzielnie, ale nie mogę uruchomić rozwiązania projektowego, nad którym pracowałem.
