Jak wyłączyć Kliknięcie WebView?

Mam Linearny układ, który zawiera tylko WebView. Co chcę zrobić, to wyłączyć kliknięcie w Webview, czyli chcę wywołać zdarzenie powiązane z RelativeLayout bg_stepsContainer. Użyłem Androida: clickable = "false" Tutaj jest kod

Używanie Androida: clickable = "false" nie wyłącza zdarzeń dotyku.
