dlaczego to nie działa w postgreSQL, gdy działa bezbłędnie w Mysql ???

Wygląda na to, że próbujesz użyć operatora LIKE na kolumnie(czyli rent). Nie wierzę, że to zadziała (przynajmniej w postgres).

Według odpowiedzi here może chcesz spróbować dodać Obsada:
