Instalowanie zestawu narzędzi FastCGI

Question

Próbuję zainstalować FastCGIDev kit z here.

Ale otrzymuję błąd poniżej, gdy próbuję make. Nie mam pojęcia, jak rozwiązać. Jakieś pomysły? Używam Ubuntu 64 bit.

vi fcgi-2.4.0/libfcgi/fcgio.cpp 

i dodać #include <stdio.h>, następnie skompilować i że to zrobi.
