Nie można odczytać sekcji konfiguracji "entityFramework", ponieważ brakuje jej deklaracji sekcji

Question

Pracuję nad tym projektem od dłuższego czasu. Ale teraz po prostu rozbił się po dodaniu Tożsamości. Błąd znajduje gdyż zgodnie:

The configuration section 'entityFramework' cannot be read because it is missing a section declaration

To jakiś błąd IIS myślę, bo to, co strona mówi.
