Niepowodzenie instalacji MVC 4 - offline lub z instalatorem sieciowym

Question

Próbuję zainstalować MVC 4 w Visual Studio 2010, ale nadal nie działa zarówno z instalatorem sieciowym, jak i instalatorem offline.
