Jak naprawić „altana ENOTFOUND”

Question

Próbuję zainstalować https://github.com/catarse/catarse skryptu na VPS (na moim komputerze lokalnym działa poprawnie) i mam błąd, kiedy wprowadzić polecenie bower install:

Więc wstyd .. wszedłem bower install --allow-root option zamiast bower install --allow-root
