Problem jest z plikiem parameters.yml:

parameters: 
    ... 
    mailer_user: null 
    mailer_password: null 

Zmień to na coś, wtedy nie dostaniesz błędu.

FOSUserBundle ma wbudowaną obsługę wysyłania wiadomości e-mail w dwóch różnych instancjach.

Te wartości nie mogą mieć wartości null, więc jeśli spróbujesz ustawić wartość tych właściwości z "" lub ~, problem będzie się utrzymywał. Podaj wartości inne niż zero. To będzie działać.
