Nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć, dlaczego dostaję ten błąd. Próbowałem wyczyścić biblioteki, które są zbędne i tak dalej.

To wygląda na błąd kodu bajtowego. Może masz dwie wersje tej samej biblioteki na serwerze Tomcat.

Jeśli masz ten problem pod JBoss, to najprawdopodobniej ze względu na fakt, że JBoss skupia wszystkie realizację RESTeasy REST jako domyślną. Jeśli spakujesz swoją bibliotekę REST do pliku EAR/WAR, musisz wyłączyć domyślną funkcję RESTeasy, aby Twoja wdrożona biblioteka działała.
