Jestem obecnie dokonywania stowarzyszenie tak:

Kiedy próbuję zniszczyć stowarzyszenie użytkownika przez moją postać nic się stało, każdy pomysł, aby rozwiązać ten problem? Lub dodać link do usunięcia z mojego bloku programu?

Spróbuj dodać accepts_nested_attributes_for do modelu projektu (i roles_attributes do attr_accessible):

class Project < ActiveRecord::Base 
    has_many :roles, :dependent => :destroy 
    has_many :users, :through => :role 
    accepts_nested_attributes_for :roles, :allow_destroy => true 

    attr_accessible :roles_attributes, (+ all you had here before) 
    ... 
end
