Jak programowo zatrzymać/uruchomić zaplanowane zadanie na komputerze zdalnym?

Chcę napisać skrypt, który zatrzyma zaplanowane zadanie na komputerze zdalnym, wykonaj pewne czynności, a następnie uruchom ponownie zadanie harmonogramu.

Jak mogę to zrobić?

Uwaga: "schtasks" (patrz inne, zaakceptowane odpowiedź) zastąpił "at". Jednak "at" może być użyteczny, jeśli sytuacja wymaga kompatybilności ze starszymi wersjami systemu Windows, które nie mają schtasks.
